Back in Feb 2021 the charity provided a young girl with an iPad to help improve memory and cognition after sustaining a brain injury following a RTA.
This is what the individual had to say:
“hello, back in 2018 I was walking back from the shop and a car hit me. I ended up with a really bad brain injury. After a while, the people that were working with me mentioned an Ipad. They got me an ipad and I am grateful for it as it helps me so much. I am on it most days playing games, a lot of memory games that help me a lot. Thanks!”
We continue to support those involved in RTAs to improve their quality of life.
